Junrise Labs 重視您的隱私。本政策說明 Nudgo 如何處理使用者資料、 本機儲存、備份、通知及廣告服務。

一、關於 Nudgo

Nudgo 是一款協助使用者整理專案、建立步驟、找到目前重要下一步， 並在注意力中斷後重新回到重要事情的 Android 應用程式。

Nudgo 不要求使用者建立帳號或登入，也不提供雲端同步功能。

二、使用者自行輸入的資料

使用者可以在 Nudgo 中輸入或建立下列內容：

• 專案名稱與說明
• 專案狀態與目標日期
• 專案步驟及完成狀態
• 操作紀錄與完成紀錄
• 提醒設定

以上資料主要儲存在使用者自己的裝置中。 Junrise Labs 不會將這些專案或步驟內容上傳至自有伺服器。

三、資料備份與還原

Nudgo 提供手動匯出與還原 JSON 備份檔的功能。 備份檔只會儲存在使用者透過 Android 系統檔案選擇器所指定的位置。

Junrise Labs 無法存取、讀取或恢復使用者自行匯出的備份檔。 使用者應自行妥善保存備份檔，並避免將含有私人內容的檔案提供給不受信任的人。

四、通知權限

Nudgo 可能要求通知權限，以提供每日下一步提醒。 使用者可以在 Android 系統設定中隨時關閉通知權限。

關閉通知權限不會影響專案、步驟、備份與其他主要功能。

五、廣告服務

Nudgo 使用 Google AdMob 顯示廣告。 Google Mobile Ads SDK 可能依照裝置設定、所在地區、使用者同意狀態及適用法律， 處理與廣告展示、成效衡量、分析及防止詐欺相關的資料。

這些資料可能包括：

• IP 位址
• 裝置或廣告識別資訊
• 應用程式互動及廣告互動資料
• 診斷、當機及效能資料
• 大致位置或由 IP 位址推測的地區資訊

實際處理的資料會依 Google 服務、裝置設定、使用者選擇及所在地區而有所不同。

六、隱私權選擇與同意管理

在適用法律要求的地區，Nudgo 會透過 Google User Messaging Platform 提供隱私權及廣告同意選項。

使用者可以依畫面提供的選項，同意、拒絕或管理個人化廣告及相關資料處理選擇。 App 也可能依規定提供重新開啟隱私權選項的入口。

七、資料分享

Junrise Labs 不會出售使用者在 Nudgo 中建立的專案、說明或步驟內容。

為提供廣告、衡量廣告成效、維護服務安全及符合法律要求， Google AdMob 等第三方服務可能依其政策處理或分享相關技術資料。

八、資料保存與刪除

使用者建立的 Nudgo 資料主要保存在使用者裝置內。 使用者可以在 App 中刪除個別專案與步驟。

解除安裝 App 或清除 App 資料，通常會移除裝置內的 Nudgo 資料。 使用者先前自行匯出的 JSON 備份檔不會因此自動刪除， 必須由使用者自行管理。

第三方廣告服務所處理資料的保存方式，依各服務提供者的政策辦理。

九、資料安全

Junrise Labs 採取合理措施，降低未經授權存取、修改或洩漏資料的風險。 但任何電子儲存或傳輸方式均無法保證絕對安全。

十、兒童隱私

Nudgo 並非專門為兒童設計的服務，也不會要求使用者提供出生日期、 真實姓名或帳號資料。

未成年人應在父母或法定監護人同意及指導下使用本應用程式。

十一、政策更新

本隱私權政策可能因 App 功能、法規或第三方服務調整而更新。 更新後的政策會公布於本頁面，並標示最新更新日期。

Junrise Labs values your privacy. This policy explains how Nudgo handles user data, local storage, backups, notifications, and advertising services.

1. About Nudgo

Nudgo is an Android application that helps users organize projects, create steps, identify the next important action, and return to important tasks after an interruption.

Nudgo does not require users to create an account or sign in, and it does not provide cloud synchronization.

2. Data Entered by Users

Users can enter or create the following content in Nudgo:

• Project names and descriptions
• Project statuses and target dates
• Project steps and their completion status
• Activity logs and completion records
• Reminder settings

The data above is primarily stored on the user's own device. Junrise Labs does not upload the content of these projects or steps to its own servers.

3. Data Backup and Restore

Nudgo provides features for manually exporting and restoring JSON backup files. Backup files are stored only in a location selected by the user through the Android system file picker.

Junrise Labs cannot access, read, or restore backup files exported by users. Users should keep their backup files secure and avoid sharing files containing private content with people they do not trust.

4. Notification Permission

Nudgo may request notification permission to provide daily next-step reminders. Users can disable notification permission at any time in Android system settings.

Disabling notification permission does not affect projects, steps, backups, or other primary features.

5. Advertising Services

Nudgo uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Depending on device settings, location, consent status, and applicable law, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process data related to ad delivery, performance measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention.

This data may include:

• IP address
• Device or advertising identifiers
• App interaction and advertising interaction data
• Diagnostic, crash, and performance data
• Approximate location or region inferred from an IP address

The data actually processed varies according to Google services, device settings, user choices, and location.

6. Privacy Choices and Consent Management

In regions where required by applicable law, Nudgo provides privacy and advertising consent options through the Google User Messaging Platform.

Users can use the options presented on screen to consent to, decline, or manage choices related to personalized advertising and associated data processing. The app may also provide a way to reopen privacy options where required.

7. Data Sharing

Junrise Labs does not sell the projects, descriptions, or step content that users create in Nudgo.

To provide advertising, measure advertising performance, maintain service security, and comply with legal requirements, third-party services such as Google AdMob may process or share relevant technical data in accordance with their policies.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Data created by users in Nudgo is primarily stored on the user's device. Users can delete individual projects and steps in the app.

Uninstalling the app or clearing app data will generally remove Nudgo data stored on the device. JSON backup files previously exported by the user are not automatically deleted as a result and must be managed by the user.

Data processed by third-party advertising services is retained according to the policies of those service providers.

9. Data Security

Junrise Labs takes reasonable measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure of data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children's Privacy

Nudgo is not a service designed specifically for children, and it does not require users to provide a date of birth, real name, or account information.

Minors should use this application with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated in response to changes in app features, laws, regulations, or third-party services. The updated policy will be published on this page with the latest revision date.
